If you speak to the employees, you will find they are stressed. The owners are particular. A few years ago, they were having the employees only use a certain tablet so the money went directly into one person's account, and they were taking the employee's tips and making them share with those who did not do any customer service. I got a harsh reply from the manager at that time and I removed my review because I was worried about retaliation against the employee who spoke with me and told me what was going on. Recently, I learned that the new(?) owners won't hire young adults who are attending college because they want them available at all times. So it is a sad place. These kids have no future prospects except to hope for a better job. The job pays very little and the kids are not being treated fairly. The other "better" location may have a better manager or better owners, idk. But I do know for sure that if you speak with the kids that work at this location, they will tell you everything and it isn't positive. I am rewriting this review because the employee who told me what was going on is no longer there. But they have kept in touch with those who stayed and it didn't get better when they seemed to change owners a couple years ago? The employees suspected that the newer owners- the Patel Family- were just the same family as before, new faces but same practices. I would like this to improve because a lot of young people work in ice cream shops and they should be supportive of the kids getting an education or they should pay enough to make it a career. Ethically they are not good and they need to fix this.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Paid over $7 for a medium (three scoops) of ice cream and didn’t even get one full scoop of ice cream.

Was ignored for 15 mins at the window, and the workers helped someone that JUST walked up instead of helping me first. Hire better workers.
